License draft status #20

Hi!
At the core of an open source project we are right now discussing about adopting an ethical software license and we found yours - we really liked it! It fits most of our needs - we may probably need to translate to Spanish - but it looks like it has been in draft status for few years.
We would like to ask about the current development status of the license - could we consider it stable? - and if you plan to continue working on it.
