OpenTargets ontology changed data storage #88
Description
Since the opentargets version 24.09 which is in our latest model pack they have completely changed the way they store their data. See https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/opentargets/platform/.
As a result our OpenTargetsOntologyDownloader doesn't work. We expect data in e.g. /output/etl/json/diseases (https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/opentargets/platform/24.09/output/etl/json/diseases/) and we need to work out where is the new location of these files. It looks like we may also need to change from json to parquet.. For example, in 25.06 is the equivalent path in 25.06/output/disease (https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/opentargets/platform/25.06/output/disease/)?
