Fix title and description alignment in mobile view

In the Tracks section of the app, the title and description are not properly aligned when viewed on mobile screens. This can lead to a disjointed and inconsistent layout, impacting the user experience.

For a consistent layout, it's recommended to center-align the title and description in the mobile view.
