Renovate onboarding got closed?

• chore: Configure Renovate - autoclosed #5

• Forced reopen the renovate, merge it and still no dependency dashboard
• Go to renovate website, force creation of PR there by checking it and still no dependency dashboard
• Next added "dependencyDashboard": true will see if working or not

Had to click on the https://developer.mend.io/github/ArthurKun21 click on the silent and turned it off. Problem was that it was lagging earlier so I didn't see it
