Fix sidebar logo and CC statement

Currently the bottom of the site sidebar looks like this:

• I want the octocat logo to be level with the first line of text, and to link to the GitHub repo.
• I want the Creative Commons logos to be on the same line as "CC-BY-SA 2019"
