Hello. I like your project.
This even serves to be used in a pc, or raspberry as a USB controller adapter (putting it in a 3D printed box).
Or use in a mister fpga also.

PCB doubts:
How big is the pcb ? 68.6x107mm ?
Where can I have it made cheaply?
Do you recommend any website?
For example JLPCB ? (I never printed pcb, sorry 4 questions).

SEGA/DB9 software (Arduino on the right):
I imagine you have used the same pinout as MickGyver's SegaTwoControollers:

Nintendo Software (Aduino on the left):
If you use MickGyver's software you will only have support for the 2 controllers (the controller pinout in your pcb is snes controllers).

You can try to use Mike11S software which I think uses your same pinout:

If it doesn't work well you have the jroth project for 5 snes controllers (even if you only use 4).
The data pinout of the controllers does not match, you should modify the arudino file to use the same pinout.

Note:
I don't know which of the 2 snes projects has a lower input lag.
Mike11S supports NTT controllers and in theory that increases the input lag (that's why MickGyver has 2 SNES versions one with NTT controller support and one without NTT support).

I hope you find the github I mentioned helpful.
Thanks 4 All.
