Server Blew Up

Tried to reply in the affirmative to the NOPCs sent to IL many, too many times.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Went to your website
2. Click on approve.
3. Scroll down to box with reason. Typed in all OK for over 250 miles.
4. See error (including image of crash)
