Add County Name in Details screen

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add a new data element in the Details screen that includes the County in the State resides in. Alabama has 67. Could this be a pull-down menu to allow users to update / fill in.

Also, would be nice to search by County name. If I want to see all the listings in once specific county, and I may not know all the small-towns / hills & valleys the repeater may be located, but If i could search by County, I could see the ones I didn't know were there

Couldn't you just search by latitude and longitude? That returns a list of repeaters sorted by the ones closest to that point.

@JoshuaCarroll I remember this being the reason we didn't keep county in the database. We figured that we could derive the county by coordinates but never bothered to seek out the county outlines.

@ae5au That, and there wasn't a valid use-case that caused it to get any further attention.
