Custom times for scheduling

What problem does this solve?

Instead of having only on the hour scheduling, allow for users to submit custom times (such as 8:15/8:30/8:50 etc). These would allow users to be more accurate in their availability.

Describe the solution

Custom times can be entered when filling out the schedule by having new fields capturing this data.

These times can also be displayed when hovering over the nearest hour(s) in the group schedule. There could also be an indicator showing that there's a custom time.
