Remove unused/redundant availability

What problem does this solve?

By clearing all the 0 availability, it focuses on the times people are available. This also ensures that if there is a scrollbar, it is relevant and should be used to see availability.

Describe the solution

Removal of rows with 0 availability across the board. if there's a break in times, it could be handled by a colored line separating the rows.

Yeah, I don't like the extra rows but I haven't had time to define the UI/UX in their absence. A thick colored line separating populated/empty rows is a great suggestion. Simply not rendering them will make the UI and supporting logic weird.
