BioNano tools and scripts issues #13

Hi team,
I have been trying to locate the BioNano scripts needed for the analyzing the raw BioNano data. However, the bnxinstall website no longer seems to have the tools or the scripts hosted on the website. I was able to locate a version of the tools "Assembler" and "RefAligner", but have not been able to find the scripts needed for the analysis. Do you know where I could find them?
