GUI Error in Linux

Dear team,

I have installed the Bionano analyst tool in my AWS instance and trying to connect.
The interface pop up no issue. after adding the fasta file and the bnx file. i am facing the issue in script location and tool location
Though i have given proper locations in the tool.

Kindly rectify the isuue so i could view the reference file map with BNX file.

Hi,

I am not part of the team, but it may help to diagnose the issue if you could you confirm a couple of details.

First, does the path to the directory look correct in the location windows of the interface?
Second, could you confirm the locations you are selecting have the following files (case sensitive):
Tools folder: Assembler and RefAligner
Scripts folder: Pipeline.py and pipelineCL.py
