Specifying small ranges errs

Basically if I have a 12-22 range, and I add the layer to the map and zoom to 10, I get an error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'type' of undefined index.js:151
```

I'd expect the layer to not show, since there are no rules for that level..
