Request - `presence_timeout` support

Would it be possible to add a global variable in core.yaml so that we can override it to set presence_timeout for the ld2450?

I'm having issues using !extend because it's within the ld2450 component I believe.

We have this in our yaml already - are you sure you arent just running into this limitation? The presence_timeout value applies only to the presence binary sensor states. It does not apply to any other sensor data, such as target count or target details.
