Apollo MSR-2 detects only up to ~2m

Hello.

I'm getting pretty frustrated with it. I have already tried:

• Factory re-flashing
• Updating the radar through HLKRadarTool
• Changing all settings, from Max Move/Still gates, to pretty much all
• Moving it to different rooms/positions
• Several different power units

I'm testing it with HomeAssistant dashboard in engineering mode, have tried as well with the HLKRadarTool app. I see the strongest signal in gate 8 when I'm about 2m away, and when I give a single step back all the values drop to similar of when there is no presence in the room (up to 10).

Can you please advise?

This is a duplication of a ticket and I am triaging this as a support issue (in the ticket system) instead of on github (for yaml issues).

1 - Re-seating the mmWave PCB https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkNrhJuMmxI
2 - Running "factory reset radar", in home assistant device page
