Migrate to Gitlab #79
Description
Steps:
- @daggarwa merges or closes open PRs: https://github.com/ApexAI/performance_test/pulls
- @esteve Create repository in https://gitlab.com/ApexAI. Currently it's a mirror of this repository, ask @jpsamper2009
- Update CI to use Gitlab, we're currently using Azure Pipelines in this repository.
- Idea: revert Removed Gitlab CI #61
- PR in Replace Azure Pipelines with Gitlab CI #96
- migrates the issues
- @esteve: Gitlab fails to import the GitHub project, it could be because I don't have enough permissions to create repositories in the ApexAI GitLab organization
- keep this repository empty and add a note (same as what we did in Autoware.AI)
- Hand maintainership over to @daggarwa
