MySQLDB does not shut down the Heatwave Service

The MySQL section does not seem to shut down any services. The errors are Error (404) MySQL Shutdown for transperfect-replica - Authorization failed or requested resource not found.', ' - Error (404) MySQL Shutdown for main-db - Authorization failed or requested resource not found.', ' - Error (404) MySQL Shutdown for HeatWaveStreaming - Authorization failed or requested resource not found.'] - I have added some policies but they still do not seem to be working

I have 2 that has the lakehouse option enabled - -they are listed above. Then there is one that is running but does not show up in the script. The output is above from the topic. Do you want me to run it on the command line?
