Regions.py file not complete

I have run into an issue with timezones. When I run on eu-amsterdam-1, it runs fine, but on eu-frankfurt-2 not. This led to the fact that only eu-frankfurt-1 is in the Regions.py file. So, it seems that eu-frankfurt-2 and -3 are missing there.

I have corrected it in my own environment, I think it should be corrected for all Regions where there are more -2 and -3 variants.
