Describe the Bug

When the user is redirected to the register page as a distributor, they should scroll the page to see the top of the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://shop-sphere-2n6k.vercel.app/register
2. Scroll down
3. Click on Register as a distributor

Expected Behavior

When the user is redirected to any page, they should be redirected to the top of the page.
