[FEAT] : Add Automated Contribution Certificate for Contributors

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently, contributors do not receive a certificate of contribution for their efforts in the project. Recognizing contributors with a certificate can motivate participation, enhance engagement, and add value to their portfolios.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Implement an automated system to generate and distribute contribution certificates to contributors.
2. Certificates can be generated using GitHub Actions, a third-party API, or a simple script that fetches contributor details.
3. The certificate should include the contributor’s name, contribution details, project name, and date.
