Sample End Detection

Currently, the images have to be manually removed before stitching as it captures a lot of the tray the sample sits on. Would be nice if it could detect the end of the sample and stop taking pictures.

Note : This already kinda exists based purely off of the focus score, but there should be better ways to do this.
