Steps to reproduce:

1. https://www.laba42.com/
2. Sign in as customer
3. Click the button "Мои проекты"(My projects)
4. Click the button "Добавить новый проект или задание" (Add a new project or task)
5. Click the button "Разместить проект" (Post the project)

Expected result: The system highlights blank fields and sends an error message to the user

Actual result: The system does not highlights blank fields and shows incorrectly an error message to the user
