Disconnect client on browser exit or tab close

Disconnect works well by clicking "off" button, but there may be a way to clean up the connection on tab and browser close. These events now leave hung connection in a SAMP hub.

It is no different from javascript between closing tab/browser or just reloading page, so we need to choose: confirm connection on every reload or broken connections on hub.

But can't we store SAMP connection requisites on server side in a session to work this around? So that browser SAMP client always disconnects, but then connects (without TOPCAT confirmation dialogue, as webserver sends connection hash to a browser) if there's new page load (or reload) if there's something stored in a session?

There's no sense to store key on server, it becomes invalid after disconnect.

1. Use popup window that keeps connection.
2. Put page in iframe, so navigation (not reload) can be done without reconnecting.
