in the documentation, in section 2, item 3,
Follow the instructions to install the pip command on your computer. The ez_setup.py and get-pip.py scripts you will need to download can be placed anywhere on your computer (for example in your Downloads folder). They are one-time use scripts and can be deleted after use.
