Static sidebar.

The side bar which shows the list of courses and tests on all pages except index.html is not remaining in the static position. I have tries position attributes  sticky, static and  else but none of then seems to work. 
But on the other hand the social media side bar seems to be working very fine. It stays on a static position relative to the header.
