Implementing onboarding screen

Just trying to use all the functions associated with the project for good practices. I've laid in the groundwork of an onboarding screen. It uses accompanist for the paging which is something completely new to me. The images that I have in there are from Pixabay which are just placeholders but are free for commercial use.

I still need to work in the remembered state but I think now that I have dagger-hilt working, I should be able to update this.
