Streamlining programme

The number of functions in DescTools is beyond the limit that can still be well maintained. I plan to move the following functions to the ModTools package (https://github.com/AndriSignorell/ModTools)

BrierScore, Conf, Cstat, HosmerLemeshowTest, MAE, MAPE, ModSummary, MSE, NMAE, NMSE,
PseudoR2, RMSE, Sens, SMAPE, Spec, StdCoef, TMod, VIF

and to integrate the following into a new package DescToolsOffice (https://github.com/AndriSignorell/DescToolsOffice)

createCOMReference, GetCurrPP, GetCurrWrd, GetCurrXL, GetNewPP, GetNewWrd, GetNewXL,
SendOutlookMail, ToWrd, ToWrdB, ToWrdPlot, ToXL, WrdBookmark, WrdCaption,
WrdCellRange, WrdDeleteBookmark, WrdFont, WrdFont<-, WrdFormatCells, WrdGoto,
WrdInsertBookmark, WrdKill, WrdMergeCells, WrdOpenFile, WrdPageBreak,
WrdParagraphFormat, WrdParagraphFormat<-, WrdPlot, WrdSaveAs, WrdStyle, WrdStyle<-,

Do any of you see insurmountable problems with this?

Does this mean that functions like Desc() will lose arguments related to Office?

This would mean that Desc(...., wrd=wrd) had to be replaced by ToWrd(Desc(....), wrd=wrd).
Problem?
Well, I could also imagine a dependency from DescTools to DescToolsOffice instead the other way round. You see, the concept is not really mature yet ...

It is a feature to me as the code of Desc() will be simplified.
