Emailing system DO NOT WORK on linux (works perfectly fine on Windows)

Emailing system like "Reset Password" doesn't seem to work on Linux platform but works perfectly fine on Windows. Emails are immediately sent when using Windows environment but not when using Linux (Ubuntu, Nginx).

I'll need more details to start to be able to address this. What versions of all relevant software are you using? What other external modules do you have installed? Are no emails being sent from the module at all?

I develop on Linux and our TEST and PROD instances are RHEL boxes, so it's not simply a Linux issue.

More details below:
REDCap 14.5.25 (LTS) · PHP 8.2.24 (Linux/Unix OS) · MariaDB 10.6.19

Unfortunately, we have quite a few list of external modules too many to list here (see attached CSV)

NOTE:

1. Normal Email System is absolutely working and also as per the Configuration Check (no issues) both Windows/Linux
2. ISSUE: ONLY when we switch to Nginex (Linux/Unix OS) that REDCap PRO "Reset Password" is not working and we can't even find any error log to indicate where the issue is. But when we switch back to Windows, no issues at all. Reset Password is sent/received.

BTW, there's NO immediate urgency to resolve this until January as my colleague who has more expert inputs is currently on annual leave. He's been the one re imaging from windows to NGINEX (AWS Docker).

Okay, I'll think of some ways to start to diagnose the issue. In the meantime, is there any way you can disable all EMs except REDCapPRO and see if the issue persists.

Ok, I've now disabled ALL EMs except REDCap Pro and tested sending normal Survey Invites with no issues.

However, testing REDCap PRO "Reset Password" - no success receiving the email although it said "Email Sent..."
