Automatic deletion/creation of files

This would be useful because then the user doesn't need to worry about knowing where to look. It might be necessary to create a tmpABCD (with timestamp) folder for the output each time the model is called though? Speaking of which, it might be necessary to do this for the driver/atm files too? Sheeeesh....

Done, for the outputs! But not for driver/atm files. Not a problem if running in serial but running in parallel will be a pain, might need to edit the source code to change where RFM looks for the .drv and .atm files...
