Resolving Dependencies

Hi, I was trying to clone your repository and resolve dependencies but I get an error that says
No such file or directory: '/home/etutubalina/graph_entity_linking/repos/mpi4py'
Secondly, there is no repo on your github page, the link to which I have attached below.
I would appreciate if you could help me resolve these issues.
