Plugin crashes OBS if ASIO is unplugged, or if any settings are changed

Changing any settings in my ASIOs control panel, or power cycling it casuses OBS to hard crash. if it doesnt hard crash, OBS can not detect any inputs from the ASIO until it is restarted.
