api: Admin Basic Auth #9
Description
NB: Super-admin will be added as part of the set-up script
- As a super-admin, I should be able to add a staff member (general admin), with basic details and starting-password which should be changed on login.
- As a staff member, I should be able to login with email and password
- As a _logged-in staff member, I should be able to logout.
