Migrate to .NET 6 #13
Description
Migrate solution to .NET 6 and ASP.NET 6
Considerations
- Upgrade solution and csproj's
- Bump NuGet packages
- Update Dockerfiles and other relevant infrastructure
- Consider rewriting to the new hosting model (not a requirement) - see link below
- Perform thorough testing before releasing
