[Feature] UI suggestions #9

  1. Vertical tabs
Given the large unused areas of UI to the left and right of (centered) query/responses, this area could be better repurposed as a vertical-tab bar, similar to Firefox's "Tree Style Tabs". Vertical It would be great if the horizontal tab bar could be converted into a vertical tab bar on the opposite side of the "Projects", "History", etc. (Firefox's vertical "Tree Style Tabs" is divine)
  2. (If vertical-tabs isn't possible) Scrollable tab bar (via hovered mouse wheel)
When the number of open query tabs extends off screen, it requires mouse click/dragging to navigate the tab bar. It'd be great if the bar was scrollabe via hovered mouse-wheeling
  3. "Split-screen" viewer
    1. Side-by-side queries: Unused UI area to the left and right of centered query/responses could be repurposed as side-by-side query panels, enabling more than one query/tab on screen at a time, two, if not three queries could fit on screen. This would be highly valuable for comparing/contrasting queries, particularly to compare LLM models and/or response-branching for any given query
    2. Query/response overflow
If side-by-side query tabs isn't possible to implement, a next best alternative would be as query/response overflow, rather than having to scroll up/down a given query/response, it could instead be a multi-page "overflow", either the furthest right-column becoming scrollable (for >2 pages), or as two separate viewers, the second column/viewer being initially scrolled to "page 2", but is then scrollable anywhere up/down the same query, for comparing different sections of query/response at any given time
  4. History's "Open Tab" internal vs. external
Reviewing GD's History panel, right-clicking past queries to "Open tab" opens these external to Grok Desktop instead of internally. Perhaps this is intentional, but if not, it'd be more useful IMO if these tabs opened internally within Grok Desktop as new tabs

All that said, no complaints of GD, it's already phenomenal as it is in its current state. Just brainstorming functionality out of eager appreciation. Thanks for your effort on this.
