Penalty Improments #2
Description
We can only apply a time penalty to cars on the lead lap.
Look into any pit/tow time that may be available in the ir API
- Tow laps are invalid and have no time, so adding up all laps does not give you the full race time
Worst case it to provide an interface for race control to override finishing positions.
They will have to figure out the resulting finishing positions of cars and enter that into the league configuration
