Improve the accessibility of DevNotes by adding ARIA labels, proper keyboard navigation, and screen reader support. This will make the platform more inclusive for all users.

✅ Acceptance Criteria

All buttons, dropdowns, and expandable sections have ARIA labels

Keyboard navigation works for dropdowns, expandable sections, and filters (Enter, Space, Arrow keys)

Screen reader compatibility verified (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)

Meets WCAG 2.1 AA for core features
