User stories/persona research for alts manager.

In order to know what features to prioritize, we need to understand who our core users are and what they care about.
Suggested path: Define user persona roles and perform a series of interviews to learn about their needs. We should make a standard interview form with questions to gain accurate qualitative research.

Users/Personas

An initial list should include the following:

• Individuals w/ Alts = Individuals based in the U.S who have assets/investments outside of public markets.
• Wealth management/Advisors = Registered wealth advisors with clients that have alternatives.
• Tax accountants/Lawyers = CPA'S, Lawyers, and their firms that service individuals that have alternatives.
• Family Members/Beneficiary = Family members or interested parties who may not handle alternatives normally, but need to know about them.
• Family Office = Professionals who manage a single or small number of high net worth balance sheets that include alternatives.
• Estate Parties = Individuals who help manage or are named in an estate or will. These can include trustees, beneficiaries, custodians, etc.
