Developed a GUI for f3

Hello! I'm not a real programmer and I'm still very new to this. However, I thought creating a GUI would be a good idea, so I created one for f3. I built it with AI and am publishing it on my GitHub page. You might want to check it out.

I tested it on my debian based linux environment and it works fine.
