One phenotype to multi-locus genotype #197

@RosCraddock

Description

@RosCraddock

Current phenotype data inclusion in devel branch is restricted to a single phenotype to a single locus genotype. The first step to including phenotype information. The next step is to allow one phenotype data to a genotype with many loci, where only one locus is causative of the phenotype. To do this, the steps are as follows:

  • New user input to map the phenotype to the genotype (and vice versa). -pheno_map_file.
  • Document the pheno map file (added by GG)
  • Modifications to probsMaths.updateGenoProbsFromPhenotype, getPheno, etc. to identify the specific locus to be updated.
  • Updating the functionality tests, errors, and warnings for said capability
