Replace A Whalen's email

In the project.toml file we have

authors = [
  { name="Andrew Whalen", email="awhalen@roslin.ed.ac.uk" },
]

This Roslin e-mail is not active anymore, showing that using UoE e-mail is probably not what we want!? What would be a better way to handle this for years to come?

Best if we direct all traffic to GitHub so it's all in one place.

later in the file.

We can delete the email if that leads to confusion.

OK, so the issue is the now non-existent UoE email. To this end then, best to remove AW e-mail since it's not active anyway. The question is what should we change it with!? Looking at https://github.com/tskit-dev/tskit/blob/main/python/pyproject.toml they use {name = "Tskit Developers", email = "admin@tskit.dev"}. Will PyPi complain if we remove the email of the author dict?

Btw. I like how they point to their docs and changelog in the [project.urls]!

The email should be optional: https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/writing-pyproject-toml/#authors-maintainers
For the mentioned commit for the AlphaPeel, I added the docs and changelog links in the pyproject.toml file. The changelog link is the one on the devel branch, since the main branch one does not have a changelog for now.
