How can i port a translation rom hack?

Hi, I would really like to port the ROM to Switch with the Italian translation but obviously it gives me an error. If I try to build it tells me that the hash does not match so what can I do to try to port this version of Super Mario 64? I also have the bps patch file

BPS patch files only works on a unmodifed ROM.
In your case, it's easy to modify the English text to Italian, though adding another language like in EU would require a bit of work with the code.
