Distorted sound on EU version

I built the game from the EU rom for my WiiU, for the multi-language support, and it plays just fine, except all music seems to play faster than it should, which is quite annoying. I suspect this has to do with the framerate (like it's playing at 30 FPS a game designed to be played at 25 FPS). Thanks for your excellent work!

I've been experiencing this issue too, also using the EU version. I also get these popping sounds too. Can be heard through speakers and headphones.
