Describe the bug
When building with "HIGH_FPS_PC=1" for Nintendo Switch the internal framerate counter still only reports 30fps.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Build as you normally would following impeezas guide here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/building-sm64-for-nintendo-switch-from-sm64ex-alo-repository.652092/
    and use "HIGH_FPS_PC=1"
  2. Use the built .nro on switch, press start, then R for options menu and under Debug enable the FPS counter.
  3. It will still only read 30fps max.

Expected behavior
When building with "HIGH_FPS_PC=1" it should let the game run up to 60fps.

PC to build:

  • OS: Win10 Enterprise
    Switch to play:
    Nintendo Switch OLED on latest FW19, latest atmosphere + hekate ctcaer
