Remove deprecated `beginLongRunningFrame` from `vis-core`

We redid our frame logic (beginFrame) as we added more than just Scatterbrain logic to the vis- package. But beginLongRunningFrame still exists in the codebase because the bkp-client is using it.

Once we've updated bkp-client, we should remove the deprecated function.
