PRs/issues for stable release with 300 cell examples #103
Description
To ensure 300_pointneurons and 300_cells work across the various implementing packages:
- Sonata branch merged into NetPyNE development Sonata suny-downstate-medical-center/netpyne#420 (@salvadord)
- Merge sonata branch into PyNN master (@apdavison )
- Record selected cells in 300 detailed network: BMTK to support recording individual membrane potentials #99 (@kaeldai)
- Minor changes for testing BMTK https://github.com/AllenInstitute/bmtk/pull/73/files (@kaeldai)
- Issue with dt in BMTK: Allow BMTK to load spike input times with higher temporal resolution than dt bmtk#75 (@kaeldai)
- Test suite & various example updates/tests: Test suite & minor updates to examples & updates to 300_pointneuron example #100 (@kaeldai)
- static_synapse -> nest:static_synapse: static_synapse -> nest:static_synapse #102 (@kaeldai)
- Document Sonata -> NeuroML, add it here 300_pointneurons example in NeuroML #97 (@pgleeson)
