Customize the ventricle genes in the full pixel classification

Hi,

I am using this tool to check my data. When I did the pixel run I got the error "None of the provided ventricle genes ['Crb2', 'Glis3', 'Inhbb', 'Naaa', 'Cd24a', 'Dsg2', 'Hdc', 'Shroom3', 'Vit', 'Rgs12', 'Trp73'] are present in detected transcripts. Ventricles and damage pixels cannot be classified."

So I think I should input my ventricle genes, but how to do this?

Hello,

Yes, if the gene panel does not have the genes that we have listed, you have the option to input your own. During experiment object initialization (merquaco.experiment.Experiment()), simply provide a list of genes as the ventricle_genes_list parameter.
