Description

After failing to download multiple files, No further files or metadata can be downloaded. (the 'failing to download' is this issue: #736)

Expected Behavior

Downloading files and Saving metadata should actually work.

Reproduction

I was unable to reproduce this issue on Mac/Firefox. Antione did it in two browsers on windows.
