Mod browser needs an upgrade

The mod browser is getting harder and harder to use. The more mods are added the harder it is to find a specific one that so a mod search would be nice. It would also be nice if I could update a mod to the version of the current game version. Another nice feature would be a button to disable all mods that aren't compatible with the current version. I don't know if it can be implemented but it would also be nice to have a mod dependency section(?) snd be able to install the mod and it's dependencies.

If we are considering changes why not build a dependency tree system for the mod browser? To automatically enable and disable mods it could just be as simple as a another file added to the individual mods metadata.json for example

But this is just a incredibly rudimentary implementation I assume some more thought would go into the formatting as for the browser itself a lot of the front end is likely going to have to change and more logic is probably going to have to be built up

But I feel with something similar we can implement the multi-enable and disable features and using the IDS or even the name we can implement a rudimentary search as for organizing the mods they could simply be uploaded to a public database but I have a feeling that involves building up a larger website which we don't have the resources for unless we start asking for donations even so a rudimentary search with only local files should be possible and it's not like mods aren't always added to the browsers list through the mod repository as I found a few myself that aren't listed but I digress I haven't really looked into the reasons why they haven't been added or if it simply an issue of visibility
