[BUG] Multiline and placeholder issues

Thanks for the prompt response and changes, really appreciated.

Regarding the recent changes that you have made for the placeholder bug and the support for multi-lines.
I wanted to flag the following bugs:

• The placeholder is still not appearing when an input is empty (the dataValue passed to the MentionInput is "")
• Adding newlines by pressing Enter accidentally adds more than one line (\n)

Fixed a lot of new line issues, there seems to be a problem when pasting values in where contentEditable leaves these phantom dom elements, this is extremely weird and I will need to fix this (currently the only issue it's causing is the placeholder, but I think it'll cause other weird side effects too).

I'm pushing an update to fix the newlines, but still need to slow that placeholder issue.

I wanted to share that the latest release 2.6.0 for new lines is still causing issues, for instance:
if you added 1 then Enter then 2 then Enter then 3
the value.dataValue passed to the onChange will be 1\n\n\n not 1\n2\n3

Note: disable new line on child walk nodes (currently breaking child walk)
