CR: List users & sprints

Would you consider adding "list" operations on users & sprints?

Something along the line of:
* GET /report/timetracking/sprints/ without a sprint name would return a list of all sprints (or the x lastest?)
* GET /report/timetracking/users/ without a user name would return a list of all users
